Live a Soulful Life with Soulful Habits.

Have you been asking yourself how you can start living a more purposeful life? Have you been wandering how to bring a more deeper meaning to your success? To live a more soulful and purposeful life you must have soulful habits to live by each day.

During the Soul Challenge, I recently hosted one of the challenges for the group was to pick from the list of soulful habits and practice adding two of the habits into their day for the week.

Over 40% of the working population neglect aspects of their life because of their job and career, which may increase their susceptibility to mental health problems.  I encourage you to choose two habits from the list below and practice adding them to your day.


Here are the tips to choose from: 


*Set enough time aside to eat breakfast and get ready in the morning without rushing. 


*Prioritize tasks, allocate time to them, try and conquer your most challenging tasks in the morning. 


*Take a worthwhile lunch break of at least 30 minutes and try and keep it healthy. 


*Go for a walk outside when possible. 


*Speak up when your work load or expectations get too much. 


*Learn to say, “no thank you”. Keep fit and de-stress by activity in the evenings and on weekends. 


*Plan for holidays for the future and look forward to them.
